THE UNITS REPRESENTING THE BRAND INTEGRATE A CORPORATE IDENTITY AND PROCEDURES DEFINED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA::

- COMMERCIAL SITE APPROVED BY THE FRANCHISER;
- ADJUSTMENT OF THE REAL ESTATE PROPERTY TO THE CORPORATE IDENTITY OF THE BRAND;
- IDENTIFICATION OF THE STORE EXCLUSIVELY BY THE BRETON BRAND ON ITS FAÇADE;
- COMPLIANCE WITH THE INSTALLATION, DECORATION AND VISUAL PROGRAMMING DESIGNS, AS GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM;
- MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES BY THE FRANCHISEE AS ESTABLISHED OR ADVISED BY THE FRANCHISER;
- CONTINUOUS AND UNINTERRUPTED MARKETING OF PRODUCTS REGISTERED BY THE SYSTEM;
- CONTRIBUTION TO THE COOPERATIVE ADVERTISING ACCOUNT AIMED AT SUPPORTING THE INSTITUTIONAL CAMPAIGNS MANAGED BY THE SYSTEM;
- USE OF STATIONERY, PARTS AND ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE MARKET, AS ADVISED AND APPROVED BY THE FRANCHISER;
- LOCAL OR REGIONAL CAMPAIGNS AND MARKETING ACTIONS, INSTRUCTED OR SUPERVISED BY THE FRANCHISER.

FORMS OF ADMISSION INTO THE BRETON’S NETWORK MANAGING FRANCHISEE
APPLICANTS INTERESTED TO ENTER THE NETWORK AS MANAGING FRANCHISEE (MANAGING PARTNER), BESIDES INVESTING IN THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE FRANCHISED UNIT OF THE BRAND. THEY WILL ALSO EXERCISE THEIR ACTIVITIES AS MANAGING PARTNER (MANAGER) UNDER AN EXCLUSIVE DEDICATION SCHEME.
FRANCHISEE MUST HOLD A MINIMUM INTEREST OF 51% (FIFTY-ONE PERCENT) OF THE CAPITAL STOCK OF THE COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE OVER THE FRANCHISE, EXCEPT FOR EXCEPTIONS THAT WILL BE ASSESSED AND DECIDED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THE FRANCHISER.

THE INVESTING FRANCHISEE
IN THIS FORM OF FRANCHISE, THE FRANCHISEE IS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, BUT, WHENEVER IT IS CALLED BY THE FRANCHISER TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE FRANCHISE, IT SHOULD PARTICIPATE OR BE REPRESENTED IN THEM.  

FRANCHISEE’S PROFILE THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 3 YEARS IN COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES. EXPERIENCE IN THE COORDINATION AND LEADERSHIP OF TEAMS, MANAGEMENT AND DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE PUBLIC IS A PLUS.

THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE A COMPANY ALREADY ORGANIZED OR IT MUST ORGANIZE A COMPANY SPECIFICALLY TO TAKE OVER THE OPERATION OF THE FRANCHISE.

THE APPLICANT MUST BE WILLING TO ASSUME AND LIVE WITH RISK, WHICH IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY, MANAGE THEM AND SURVIVE THIS CONDITION OF CONTINUOUS PRESSURE.

SUPPORT PROVIDED BY THE FRANCHISER AFTER APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT, THE BRAND’S APPLICANT WILL RECEIVE ON-GOING ADVICE ON THE BUSINESS, CONSIDERING THE NEEDS OF THE PRE-OPENING AND POST-OPENING STAGES OF THE FRANCHISE..

FRANCHISING PRE-OPENING - DEFINITION OF THE FRANCHISE PRE-OPENING SCHEDULE AS MUTUALLY AGREED BY THE FRANCHISOR AND THE APPLICANT, THE OBJECTIVE OF WHICH IS TO EVIDENCE THE BILATERAL PRE-OPENING GUIDELINES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FRANCHISE;
- IDENTIFICATION OF COMMERCIAL SITE BY THE APPLICANT AND APPROVALBY FRANCHISER ACCORDING TO CRITERIA REPORTED BY THE SYSTEM;
- GUIDANCE AND ADVICE TO THE APPLICANT ON FRANCHISE SETTING PURSUANT TO THE STANDARDS DEFINED BY THE SYSTEM;
- PARTICIPATION OF BOTH THE APPLICANT AND THE FUNCTIONAL TEAM HIRED FOR THE INITIAL TRAINING DELIVERED BY THE FRANCHISER;
- ADVICE IN THE PLANNING FOR THE START OF FRANCHISE OPERATIONS, IN MUTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN FRANCHISER AND FRANCHISEE.

AFTER THE OPENING OF THE FRANCHISE - AFTER THE BEGINNING OF THE FRANCHISE OPERATIONS, THE PARTIES WILL EXECUTE THE BRAND FRANCHISE AGREEMENT;
- FOLLOW-UP OF FRANCHISE ACTIVITIES THROUGH FIELD CONSULTANTS, STRENGTHENING GUIDELINES, TRAINING AND WORK-ORIENTED METHODOLOGIES OF THE SYSTEM;
- ORGANIZATION OF SPECIFIC EVENTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF FRANCHISES, ACCORDING TO IDENTIFIED NEEDS;
- ANALYSIS OF THE COMMERCIAL BEHAVIOR OF THE FRANCHISE IN RELATION TO THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MARKET IN GENERAL, AS WELL AS REGARDS THE REGION IN WHICH IT IS SET;
- PERMANENT ANALYSIS OF THE MIX OF PRODUCTS MARKETED ON THE CHAIN, AS WELL AS THE UPDATING AND RENEWAL OF PRODUCTS INTENDED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
